Case #1

Description: This patient had a poor-fitting and discolored crown on her front tooth, along with several discolored fillings that she was unhappy with
She used bleaching trays to lighten her teeth
We then placed porcelain veneers and crowns to correct the color and contour of her front 6 teeth
Case #2

Description: This patient was unhappy with the color, alignment and spaces between her teeth
She used bleaching trays to lighten her teeth
We then placed a combination of crowns and veneers on her upper teeth and a combination of crowns and bonding on her lower teeth
Case #3

Description: Bonding was replaced on discolored teeth
Case #4

Description: This patient was congenitally missing both upper lateral incisors
Instead of placing bridges, and affecting the adjacent teeth, dental implants were placed
Porcelain crowns were then placed over the implants to replace the missing teeth
Case #5:

Description: This patient had bonding placed on his front teeth several years ago to close spaces. Since that time the bonding has discolored
The bonding was removed and porcelain veneers were placed on the front four teeth to correct the size and shape of the teeth
Case #6

Description: This teenager was congenitally missing her upper lateral incisor
At this age she was too young to have a dental implant placed
The missing tooth was replaced with a conservative dental appliance that was cemented into placed and can be easily removed in the future when the patient is ready for a dental implant
This is obviously much more appealing than the traditional "flipper" (retainer with a fake tooth), that has been used in the past
